The Role of Faith and Good Works

The Bible emphasizes that faith reaches its fulfillment through good works, as stated in James 2:22.  This principle encourages believers to actively demonstrate their faith by supporting the church in both practical and spiritual ways.  Good works are not only an expression of faith but also a means for the church to function effectively and to serve others.  Worshipers are invited to give generously, whereby they may please and serve God.

"And God is able to provide you with every blessing in abundance, so that by always having everything, you may share abundantly in every good work."

~2nd Corinthians 9:8
